How do I track my order?
 

TRACK YOUR ORDER STATUS WITH YOUR CONFORMATION NUMBER. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HRS FROM WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER FORTHE STATUS TO UPDATE.

 

 

 

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOUR COURIERS?
 

ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER YOU WILL RECIEVE A CONFORMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND IS READY TO SHIP. PLEASE USE THE APPROPRIATE CARRIERS (UPS/ FED EX)TRACKING FEATURES TO DETERMINE WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS IN TRANSIT.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

UPON EMAILING US, RETURN ITEM ITEMS VIA UPS OR DROP OFF AT MOTOR STORE LOCATION WITH A COMPLETED RETURN ITEM SHEET WHICH WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONCE YOU REQUEST A RETURN OR CAN BE FILLED OUT AT THE LOCATION.  YOU MUST ALSO INCLUDE THE RECIEPT AND OR SHIPPING INFORMATION SHEET.

OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS INCLUDE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES ON ORDERS MADE BEFORE 1PM FOR A FEE OF $25, 2-3 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100 ARE FREE, AND 2-3 DAY STANDARD SHIPPING FEE $6

CANADA AND UK 2-5 DAY SHIPPING OVER $100 FREE, STANDARD 2-5 DAY SHIPPING $6, EXPRESS OVERNIGHT  $25

What is your returns policy?
ITEMS MUST BERETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE WITH COMPLETED RETURN SHEET. ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND FREE OF ANY STAINS (MAKEUP, FOOD, LIQUID). ANY DEFECTED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. ONCE ITEMS ARE RECIEVED IN SAME CONDITION YOU WILL GET A REFUND ON THE CREDIT CARD YOU USED FOR YOUR PURCHASE OR IF REQUESTED A NEW ITEM IN ITS PLACE OF SAME PRICE VALUE
